Never Alone

Meditation John 8:21-30

1. Jesus said to them that he is going his way and that they shall look for him but will not find him, but will die in their sins. He also said that where he goes nobody can come. (V21)
2. The Jews said if Jesus will kill himself as he told them where he is going no one can come. ( V22)
3. Jesus said unto them that he is from above. But they are from the world. He told them that he is not of the world. (V23)
4. Christ said that they will die in their sins. If they believe not that Jesus is the Christ that will die in their sins.  (V24)
5. Then asked him who he was and Christ said he was the same whom he said unto them from the beginning. (V25)
6. Jesus said he has many things against them to judge, but his father is true, and he speaks of those things he heard from him. (V26)
7. They did not understand that he was talking to them about his father. (V27)
8. Then Christ said that once he had been lifted up then they shall understand who he is and he did not do anything by himself but what his father taught him to speak. (V28)
9. Jesus said that his father is always with him and he had not left him alone, for he does all things to please him. (V29)
10. Many people believed in him when he spoke these words. (V30)

 LIFE APPLICATION :

And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.
John:8:29

Many of us go through periodic times of loneliness. We feel lost and lonely. We put our trust in man and end up in more trouble.

Loneliness kills. We don't find a companion who cares for us. We cannot identify ourselves with any others. No one is there to understand our deep inside feelings.

Most of all... We feel we are ALL ALONE.

Worst is when we are to do a whole lot of things ..... Alone.

When burdens press our shoulders and we don't have anyone to lift those burdens up.

Dear Child of God,
The WORD of GOD is coming to you. Let us see how to handle loneliness God's way.

Some biblical examples :
Let us see some of the experiences and feeling of loneliness of great men of God in the Bible.

David and loneliness:

Let us read a few scriptures that portray loneliness in the life of David.

A. I am like a pelican of the wilderness: I am like an owl of the desert.
Psalm:102:6

I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top.
Psalm:102:7

He portrays himself as a pelican in the wilderness, as an owl in the desert, a sparrow sitting alone on the housetop, and worst of all as a dead man forgotten by everyone and as a broken useless vessel.

I am forgotten as a dead man out of mind: I am like a broken vessel.
Psalm:31:12

B. The experience of Elijah the prophet:

And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.
1 Kings:19:10

Elijah felt so lonely that he was the only one left in the multitude of the prophets.

C. There were many others who went through the dark paths of loneliness.

A. Joseph was put in the pit.

And they took him, and cast him into a pit: and the pit was empty, there was no water in it.
Genesis:37:24

B. Jeremiah was put in a dungeon.

Then took they Jeremiah, and cast him into the dungeon of Malchiah the son of Hammelech, that was in the court of the prison: and they let down Jeremiah with cords. And in the dungeon there was no water, but mire: so Jeremiah sunk in the mire.
Jeremiah:38:6

C. Job cried out but no one heard him.

Behold, I cry out of wrong, but I am not heard: I cry aloud, but there is no judgment.
Job:19:7

D. What more..... Jesus himself was left alone to die on the cross.

And one ran and filled a spunge full of vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink, saying, Let alone; let us see whether Elias will come to take him down.
Mark:15:36

Dear Child of God,
Loneliness is piercingly painful. Let us see now from the scriptures some promises of what God tells us .... to speak when we feel lonely.
The WORD of GOD says,

1. REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE NOT FORGOTTEN BY GOD:

We are not forgotten by God. The whole world can forget us. We may be left alone. We may say that even GOD himself has forgotten us.

But we have a heavenly father who can never forget us as we are carved in the very palm of his hands.

But Zion said, The LORD hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me.
Isaiah:49:14

Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.

Isaiah:49:15

Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.

Isaiah:49:16

He has formed and made us and we are not forgotten by him.

Remember these, O Jacob and Israel; for thou art my servant: I have formed thee; thou art my servant: O Israel, thou shalt not be forgotten of me.

Isaiah:44:21

2. This great God not only remembers us but also tell us that he is with us and not to fear for he is there to help us.

For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.
Isaiah:41:13

Fear not: for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west;

Isaiah:43:5

 3. HE NOT ONLY HELPS US BUT ALSO FIGHTS OUR BATTLES:

Fear not; for thou shalt not be ashamed: neither be thou confounded; for thou shalt not be put to shame: for thou shalt forget the shame of thy youth, and shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more.
Isaiah:54:4

4. HE SHALL GIVE US REST AND WE SHALL NOT BE AFRAID ANYMORE

But fear not thou, O my servant Jacob, and be not dismayed, O Israel: for, behold, I will save thee from afar off, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and be in rest and at ease, and none shall make him afraid.

Jeremiah:46:27

5. HE WILL NEVER LEAVE US COMFORTLESS BUT WILL FILL US WITH PEACE:

I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
John:14:18

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

John:14:27

6. HE WILL NEVER LEAVE US ALONE TILL HE ACCOMPLISH WHAT HE HAS PROMISED FOR US.

And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of.
Genesis:28:15

Let us therefore Learn how to make a good company of the Lord by taking these promises for ourselves.
David took strength from the Lord. He says,

But I am poor and needy; yet the Lord thinketh upon me: thou art my help and my deliverer; make no tarrying, O my God.
Psalm:40:17

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Psalm:23:4

The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

Psalm:27:1

Jesus knew that he was not alone but his father is always with him.

And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.

John:8:29

How about you dear child of God! Learn to take God's comfort and find your rest. God bless you...

MY AVENGER

 Meditation John chapter 7:21-30

Dear child of God, Please read this portion in your bible before scrolling down, for accuracy.
1. Jesus told them that he did one thing that everyone marvel. (V21)
2. He said they circumcised on the Sabbath day, according to the law of Moses. (V22)
3. They do it that the law of Moses is not broken but they were angry at Christ when he made every whit of a person whole. (V23)
4. Jesus told them not to judge according to appearance but judge righteously. (V24)
5. Some of the People in Jerusalem started telling isn't him that people are seeking to kill? But he is speaking boldly but nobody speaks anything against him. (V25,26)
6. Some of them said when Christ comes nobody knows where he comes from but we know where he came from. (V27)
7. Jesus cried out and said that he did not come of himself but he that sent him is true though they never knew him. ( V28)
8. But Christ said he is from God and that he has sent him. (V29)
9. They sought to take Jesus. But nobody laid their hands on Christ as his time was not yet come. (V30)

LIFE APPLICATION:

Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.
John:7:24

Judging others:

A. The WORD of GOD says better we do not judge others for we will also be judged the same way.

Judge not, that ye be not judged.
Matthew:7:1

For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
Matthew:7:2

B. God wants us not to judge based on appearance. (V14)

C. God wants us to seek justice for the oppressed and the fatherless.

Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.
Isaiah:1:17

D. Do not judge others based on flesh.

Ye judge after the flesh; I judge no man.
John:8:15

And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me.
John:8:16

E. Judge others righteously.

Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.
Proverbs:31:9

F. Paul says we are not to be a judge for another as we will stand before the judgement seat of God.  but we have to judge ourselves that we are not a stumbling block to others.

But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.
Romans:14:10

Let us not, therefore, judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way.
Romans:14:13

F. Do not judge anyone hastily before time.

Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.
1 Corinthians:4:5

Judging ourselves:

A. If we judge ourselves we will not be judged.

For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
1 Corinthians:11:31

B. Allow God to judge us:

Save me, O God, by thy name, and judge me by thy strength.
Psalm:54:1

C. We need to judge the time.

Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?
Luke:12:56

Yea, and why even of yourselves judge ye not what is right?
Luke:12:57

God is the righteous Judge:

A. The LORD standeth up to plead, and standeth to judge the people.
Isaiah:3:13

B. He never judges based on what he sees.

And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:
Isaiah:11:3

C. There is a day of judgement when the living and the dead be judged.

I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
2 Timothy:4:1

Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead.
1 Peter:4:5

God is our avenger:

Dear Child of God! What do we do when we are falsely accused?
What Do we do when we are wrongly blamed for things we never did?
What do we do when we are offended by people?
Do we go around trying to prove ourselves right? Or we allow God to avenge for us.

The WORD of GOD says,

A. Vengeance belongs to God:

For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
Hebrews:10:30

B. HE JUDGES everything righteously.

Before the LORD; for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity.
Psalm:98:9

C. He is the Lord who avenge us.
And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?
Luke:18:7

Therefore saith the LORD, the LORD of hosts, the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me of mine adversaries, and avenge me of mine enemies:
Isaiah:1:24

D. God will judge and he will avenge for our cause:

And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
Revelation:6:10

Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
Romans:12:19

So, let your heart not be troubled... If you are offended, if you are accused, we have the righteous judge to avenge. He will speak on our behalf and do the needful.

Let us be like Christ :
For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:
1 Peter:2:21

Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth:
1 Peter:2:22

Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not, but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously:
1 Peter:2:23

This is painful. But let us commit ourselves to God who judges us righteously. He will speak for us and lift us up.
To GOD BE THE GLORY.  Amen.

Facing accusations with triumph

Meditation John chapter 7:11-20

1. The Jews were searching for Christ in the feast. (V11)
2. Some people said he is a Goodman but some said Christ was deceiving people. (V12)
3. But nobody spoke openly fearing the Jews. (V13)
4. In the middle of the feast, Jesus taught in the temple. (v14)
5. The Jews marvelled how he knew all letters without learning. (V15)
6. Jesus told them that the doctrine he is preaching is not his but of the one who sent him. (V16)
7. Jesus said if any man does the will of God then he will understand whether the doctrine is of God or of man. (V17)
8. If one speaks about himself he is seeking his own glory, but if he seeks the glory of the one who sent him, he is true and there is no unrighteousness in him. (V18).
9. Jesus asked why they do not keep the law and go about trying to kill him, though Moses gave the law. (V19)
10. The people asked why they would want to kill him and that he has a devil. (V20)

 LIFE  APPLICATION:
Doing the will of God:
Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me.
John:7:16
If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.
John:7:17

Many a times we too question the doctrine of CHRIST whether it is truly from God.

Maybe because it is so different from our ways?
Maybe because it is very different from the norm?
Maybe because it is too supernatural that natural minds cannot comprehend?

Whatever be it, the word of God says we will never be able to accept this doctrine of CHRIST unless we submit ourselves to do God's will.  You can read more about the will of God in my previous post.

The WORD of GOD says,

O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.
Psalm:34:8

Meaning take the chocolate, unwrap it, put in your mouth and then only we can taste... and see it.
Same way, give your life to God, hear his words and become a doer of his words and then only we can know who God is.

For if any be a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
James:1:23

For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
James:1:24

But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
James:1:25

Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like:
Luke:6:47

He is like a man which built a house, and dug deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock.
Luke:6:48

But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built a house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.
Luke:6:49

Jesus wants us not only to hear from him but also do according to the will of God. Dear Child of God,
If we are his sheep we will hear the shepherd's voice and we will follow him.  I pray that the spirit of God will enlighten us to hear God's voice and obey.

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
John:10:27

 LIFE APPLICATION 2:

What to do when we are falsely accused

?
In this chapter, Jesus was accused of being a devil. What more can a person get?

I am going to explain how we are to face accusations in the light of the scriptures.

Sanctify the Lord in your hearts having a good conscience:

But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:
1 Peter:3:15

Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.
1 Peter:3:16

Please go through the previous post on dealing with offensehttps://christlovelovelin.blogspot.com/2019/01/dealing-with-offense-meditation-john.html?m=1 for further meditation on handling accusations.
God be with you. May the good Lord keep your whole body, spirit and soul blameless till his coming. Amen.

 1. Rest assured! Being accused of being bad is normal.

2. Understand there is a demon behind and come quickly under the wings of God.

And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
Revelation:12:10

3. When our master himself was accused and endured; we will also endure and come out of it. We are on the victory side.

For we have not a high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
Hebrews:4:15

4. Accusing is the roar of the devil.... we have the Lion of Judah with us. Today I pray that every mouth of such lions be shut in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

To god be the glory . Amen.

Dealing with offense

 Meditation John chapter 6:58-71

1. Jesus taught about eating his flesh in the synagogue. (V59)
2. Many of the disciples said that it is a very hard saying and who could hear it. (V60)
3. Jesus asked them if this teaching can offend them then how will they react when they see him ascending up to heaven. ( V61, 62)
4. Jesus said the spirit quickens us and the flesh profits nothing. The WORD of GOD is spirit and is life. (V63)
5. Jesus knew before time who don't believe in him and the one that will betray him. (V64)
6. That is when Jesus told them that no one can come to him unless given to him by his father. ( V65)
7. Many of disciples got offended and they walked no more with him. (V66)
8. Jesus then asked the twelve disciples if they will also go away, for which Peter said, where they can go as CHRIST has words of eternal life. (V67,68)
9. He also said that they believe that he is Christ the son of God. (V69)
10. Jesus then said though being chosen to be among the twelve Christ said there is one that will betray him and he is a devil. (V70)
11. Jesus talked about Judas Iscariot who will be betraying Christ though being one among the twelve. (V71)

LIFE APPLICATION:
Are you offended? Are you hurt deep within? Are your emotions broken because of things happening around you, to you and in you? Then today's meditation is for you. Today let us see how to handle internal hurts God's way.

1. Why do we get offended?

A. People can offend us intentionally or unintended.
Jesus said offences will come. We can in no way avoid being offended. But woe unto the one by whom the offence come.

Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!
Matthew:18:7

B. When we are offended in our hearts ...we end up with broken hearts as David says,

Reproach hath broken my heart; and I am full of heaviness: and I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; and for comforters, but I found none.
Psalm:69:20

We get hurt because of reproach.
Our heart becomes heavy. We try to find comfort in someone or something, but we do not find any.

C. We can offend ourselves.
Sorrow of heart can make our spirit broken.

A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.
Proverbs:15:13

D. We can even be offended with God... if we do not have the right perception about him.

Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him.
Mark:6:3

And Jesus saith unto them, All ye shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered.
Mark:14:27

E. We can be offended to that extent to leave God when persecutions come and our faith is tested for the word sake.

And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word's sake, immediately they are offended.
Mark:4:17

F. We get offended because of our own lusts... when we are unable to feed them.

From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?
James:4:1

Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.
James:4:2

Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.
James:4:3

2. How do we know we are offended?

Do not deny you are hurt. Initially hurt  portrays as anger and bitterness; but it leaves us with a deep sorrow and brokenness within.

A. We feel our spirit is broken.
A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.
Proverbs:15:13

The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.
Psalm:51:17

B. We feel sorrow and bitterness in our soul.

And she was in bitterness of soul, and prayed unto the LORD, and wept sore.
1 Samuel:1:10

The heart knoweth his own bitterness; and a stranger doth not intermeddle with his joy.
Proverbs:14:10

Behold, for peace I had great bitterness: but thou hast in love to my soul delivered it from the pit of corruption: for thou hast cast all my sins behind thy back.
Isaiah:38:17

C. Sorrow dries up our bones. We feel we are all dried up and nothing left to be happy in us.

Mine eye also is dim by reason of sorrow, and all my members are as a shadow.
Job:17:7

3. How do we handle hurts and offenses?
Here are a few ways in the light of the scriptures how to handle emotional hurts.

A. Identify and acknowledge your deeper hurts and transgressions before God.

For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.
Psalm:51:3

B. Choose to forgive and let go everyone who caused you the hurt... even if you are hurt by yourself or offended with God.

So shall ye say unto Joseph, Forgive, I pray thee now, the trespass of thy brethren, and their sin; for they did unto thee evil: and now, we pray thee, forgive the trespass of the servants of the God of thy father. And Joseph wept when they spake unto him.
Genesis:50:17

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1 John:1:9

And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
Mark:11:25

C. Allow God to work and heal your broken heart.

Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.
Psalm:51:8

Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.
Psalm:51:12

Have mercy upon me, O LORD; for I am weak: O LORD, heal me; for my bones are vexed.
Psalm:6:2

I said, LORD, be merciful unto me: heal my soul; for I have sinned against thee.
Psalm:41:4

The WORD of GOD says it is God who healeth your heart.

He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.
Psalm:147:3

So run to him for healing and comfort. This is why the comforter has come. To heal us and to fill us with joy.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy.
John:16:20

Jesus speaks about the comforter, the Holy Spirit that we will not be offended by him.

These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be offended.
John:16:1

Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
John:16:7

So we have PEACE and comfort in Christ through the spirit of God.

D. Work on having a correct perception about God.
And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word's sake, immediately they are offended.
Mark:4:17

Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him.
Mark:6:3

Jesus said blessed is he who is not offended by him.
And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.
Matthew:11:6

3. How can we avoid being offended or atleast stay not being offended?

A. Love the word of God:

Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.
Psalm:119:165

B. Be rooted in Christ that nothing can shake us.

And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word's sake, immediately they are offended.
Mark:4:17

So be rooted and grounded in the love of CHRIST.

That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
Ephesians:3:17

C. Ask God to reveal you more of him.

What was revealed to Peter was not revealed to the people who were offended by Christ. (V66)

Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.
John:6:68

And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.
Matthew:16:17

Dear Child of God,
You may be hurting and broken within. But rise up.... you have a heavenly  father who heals broken hearts and sets captives free. Come to the healing streams.... and be healed. GOD BLESS YOU!

Fear

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. (1 John 4:18)

As I was meditating on the word of God, I was brooding over this particular topic on fear for a while. Fear is a peculiar weapon that the enemy uses to shatter the faith of Christians. Fear can keep you under bondage (Romans 8: 15). Fear can torment you. ( 1 John 4: 18) Fear is one among the most fiery darts the devil use to get you paralyzed, frozen and to even give up your walk with the Lord. As humans, we are vulnerable. We fear of things we do not know. We fear things yet to come. We fear consequences of our past. We fear death, at times we even fear to live. We fear people. We fear demons and why not, we even fear GOD out of condemnation.

This is how the devil works. He put thoughts of fear in you and stands as a silent spectator watching the way you react. As you give way, he puts in more of such thoughts till you wind up in depression. Another deception of the devil is to make you feel intimidated when you dare to acknowledge your hidden fears, so that you will be in the same vicious cycle again.

If you have been gripped by fear of any nature, be it acknowledged or hidden, the good news is that you are not alone. Fear had been the devil`s weapon since ages and that is why, the word `Fear not ` has been documented in the Bible for more than 365 times, (as if God is telling us not to fear everyday of the year).

If you have been a captive of fear, today is your day to conquer it. It is written in Hebrews 2: 14, 15 that Jesus died on the cross to take victory over death so that we are no longer under the bondage of fear of death. The Love of God is higher, deeper and wider enough to cast away all your fears. God has given us the spirit of adoption whereby we can cry unto him Abba Father.

So if you are someone seeking how to loosen yourself from fear, just follow these simple steps below.

  •  Come before God as you are, as a clay in the potter`s hands, as a child to his or her father, as a creation to the creator, as a captive to the deliverer and cry out to him till he puts his loving hands around you and whisper not to fear.
  •  Honestly acknowledge and renounce every of your hidden fears before him, till your burdens are lifted up.
  •  Meditate on the word of God till your armor of faith rise enough to repel every dart of fear aimed at you.
  • Be filled with the love of Christ and be ready to take every thought captive according to 2 Corinthians 10:5.
  • Use the sword of the word of God and all - prayer to fight back.                                 Remember, We are more than conquerors through Christ who loved us.(Romans 8:37). God bless!
