The great I AM - Meditation john 8:51-59

1. Jesus said to them that if any man keep his saying he shall not see death. (V51)
2. The Jews told him that he has a devil and that Abraham and other prophets died but he is telling that if any man shall keep his words they shall not die. (V52)
3. They asked what he is making of himself as Abraham and all the prophets died. (V53)
4. Jesus answered and said to them that if  he  honours himself his honor is nothing, but it is the Father who honours him, the one whom they say as God. (V54)
5. Jesus said that still they Don't know him but he knows him and that if Christ said  he doesn't know the father then he is also a liar like them. Jesus said he knows the Father and keeps his sayings. (V55)
6. Jesus said even Abraham wanted to see his day and he saw it and was glad. (V56)
7. Then the Jews started murmuring that CHRIST was not even fifty years old and how had he seen him. (V57)
8. For this Christ verily verily said unto them that before Abraham, was he. (V58)
9. They took stones to stone him, but Christ went out of the temple and passed by through their midst. (V59)

LIFE APPLICATION:

The great I AM

Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.
John:8:58

Today, God put in my heart to share a small thought on the great I AM.
As I am writing this, my heart shivers as I ponder the greatness of our Almighty God and King.

By his Grace and mercy, let me show you a glimpse of this great I AM from the scriptures as the way the spirit of God leads me to do.

This word "AM" is very interesting. It means it is a present tense always, and is not changed by the past or by the future.
Simply put, the word am has no tense.

This is very difficult to explain with human words, with a small mind we can comprehend with.

Let me turn into the scriptures for better enlightening.

When God tried to explain who he is to Moses, all that he could say is I AM THAT I AM.

And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.
Exodus:3:14

Dear Child of God! That is he... The great I AM.

 He can never be equated. He can never be duplicated. He can never have a rival; HE can never have a beginning and he does not have an end. He is eternal; HE is immortal;

1. HE IS THE BEGINNING AND THE END:

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
Revelation:1:8

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
Revelation:22:13

2. He is the Lord.

That the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, I am the LORD: speak thou unto Pharaoh king of Egypt all that I say unto thee.
Exodus:6:29

3. He is the Lord that healeth us:

And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.
Exodus:15:26

4. He is a Gracious God.

and it shall come to pass, when he crieth unto me, that I will hear; for I am gracious.
Exodus:22:27

5. He is the Lord that sanctifies us.

And ye shall keep my statutes, and do them: I am the LORD which sanctify you.
Leviticus:20:8

6. He is a holy God.

Neither shall ye profane my holy name; but I will be hallowed among the children of Israel: I am the LORD which hallow you,
Leviticus:22:32

7. He is GOD.

Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
Psalm:46:10

8. He is GOD that makes all things.

Thus saith the LORD, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;
Isaiah:44:24

9. God created all alone and there was no other Gods beside him.

I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:
Isaiah:45:5

10. He is the Lord that teaches us.

Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the LORD thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.
Isaiah:48:17

11. He is GOD thy deliverer.

Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD.
Jeremiah:1:8

12. He is GOD of all flesh and nothing is difficult for him.

Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?
Jeremiah:32:27

13. He is understanding.

Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom: I am understanding; I have strength.
Proverbs:8:14

14. He is a great king:

But cursed be the deceiver, which hath in his flock a male, and voweth, and sacrificeth unto the LORD a corrupt thing: for I am a great King, saith the LORD of hosts, and my name is dreadful among the heathen.
Malachi:1:14

15. He is a God who changes not.

For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.
Malachi:3:6

Christ carried the same glory of the father

1. Jesus said he is with us always.

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
John:8:12

5. Jesus said that he is the door.

Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.
John:10:7

6. Jesus said he is vine and he is the shepherd.

I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
John:15:5

I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.
John:10:14

7. Jesus said he is in the Father and the Father God in him.

Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.
John:14:11
J
At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
John:14:20

8. Jesus is Master and Lord.

Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am.
John:13:13

9. Jesus is the resurrection and life.

Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
John:11:25

10. Jesus is the Son of God.

Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?
John:10:36

11. It is CHRIST who lived, died and alive for ever more.

I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.
Revelation:1:18

Dear Child of God,
God is GOD. There can be none equal or more to him. This includes to the devil too.

Today let us know our Great God who is with us, that we will not be fooled by the enemy.

He is GOD the Emmanuel.

Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
Matthew:1:23

He is GOD with us. Know more about this great I AM. ... May God reveal to us more. Amen.

Know your enemy. Meditation John chapter 8:41-50

 Today's meditation John chapter 8:41-50

1. Jesus said to them they are doing the deeds of their father. For which they replied they are not born of fornication but God is their Father. (V41)
2. Jesus said to them if God was their father they will listen to him because he came forth from his father. He did not come by himself but was sent by his father. (V42)
3. He said they cannot understand him because they cannot hear his word. (V43)
4. Christ said that their father is devil.  The lusts of their father they will do. He was a murderer from the beginning and he did not abide in truth because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie he speaks it of his own for he is a liar and father of lies. (V44)
5. Christ said because he tells them the truth they do not believe in him. (V45)Christ said nobody can convince him of sin but still they  do not believe in him. (V46)
6. He that is of God hears God's voice but they do not hear because they are not of God. (V47)
7. For this they said that he was a Samaritan and he has a devil (V48))
8. Jesus replied to them that he does not have a devil and he honours  his father, but they dishonor him. (V49)
9. Jesus said he never seeks his own glory and it is God who seeks and judges. (V50)

LIFE APPLICATION:

Today we are going to meditate on the topic
KNOW YOUR ENEMY.

The WORD of GOD says,

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Ephesians:6:12

Dear Child of God, I
Want you to realise today that there is a unseen world around us that always wage a war against our members.

It is not the neighbour or the boss whom we see, our enemy. But there is something more deeper... there are unseen principalities, powers, spiritual wickedness that wrestle with us.... they rub on our bodies and our souls.

This is the kingdom of darkness and they have a king... the Devil. This is what CHRIST refers in V44,

Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
John:8:44

Once we have accepted Christ as our Lord and our God we are transformed into a marvellous new life and the enemy has lost his authority over our us.

But still, as long as we are in the flesh... we will have to fight him as the children of God. So it will be better for us to KNOW The ENEMY as Paul said,

I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:
1 Corinthians:9:26

Let us see some attributes of the Devil in our meditation today:

A. He works in the children of disobedience:

The Prince of air is the spirit that works in children of disobedience.

Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
Ephesians:2:2

B. The Devil is the Father of lusts. (V44)

Devil operates in lust. God operates in love.
Let me explain a little on lust and love.

* the word of God says,

For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
1 John:2:16

Lust is of the eyes and of the flesh. It uses the eye gates. But Love is divine and is of God, poured into our spirits.

Let us see some biblical examples for lust:

1. Devil lusted the throne of God.

By thy great wisdom and by thy traffick hast thou increased thy riches, and thine heart is lifted up because of thy riches:
Ezekiel:28:5

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast set thine heart as the heart of God;
Ezekiel:28:6

2. The Devil made Eve to lust after the forbidden fruit.

And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
Genesis:3:6

3. Lust makes us want things at whatever cost even if it is forbidden, even it is illegal and even if it mean to murder someone.

But Love is patient and submits to God's will and time.

And it came to pass, when Jezebel heard that Naboth was stoned, and was dead, that Jezebel said to Ahab, Arise, take possession of the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite, which he refused to give thee for money: for Naboth is not alive, but dead.
1 Kings:21:15

Wherefore hast thou despised the commandment of the LORD, to do evil in his sight? thou hast killed Uriah the Hittite with the sword, and hast taken his wife to be thy wife, and hast slain him with the sword of the children of Ammon.
2 Samuel:12:9

There are many more examples of how the devil operates in lust. Dear Child of God! Commit yourself to walk according to the spirit and you will not fulfil the lusts of the flesh.

I would suggest to keep every of our wants and wishes to be kept at the altar. If it burns and gone forever it is lust...
But if stays with you it is love.... painful but safe.

C. The Devil is a liar and a FATHER of lies: (V44)

Here the enemy works through our ear gates. He speaks lies in our ears till the truth of CHRIST Is obscured in our hearts.

One of his mighty weapon is slander. He makes people slander against us and he makes us slander against others too.

For I have heard the slander of many: fear was on every side: while they took counsel together against me, they devised to take away my life.
Psalm:31:13

He that hideth hatred with lying lips, and he that uttereth a slander, is a fool.
Proverbs:10:18

And the men, which Moses sent to search the land, who returned, and made all the congregation to murmur against him, by bringing up a slander upon the land,
Numbers:14:36

2. He condemns:
It can be people condemning us or we condemning ourselves. CONDEMNATION and ACCUSATIONS are not of God.

And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
Revelation:12:10

With lies he makes the heart of the righteous sad:

Because with lies ye have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom I have not made sad; and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way, by promising him life:
Ezekiel:13:22

With lies he can put fear in our hearts; with lies he can disturb our peace.; with lies he can bring enmity among brethren...

Dear Child of God! Are you a victim of lies of the enemy ? Recognise and fight it with truth and the truth will set you free.

Identify and cast down every imaginations that are sowed in you by the enemy that you will not be an easy target for the enemy.

Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
2 Corinthians:10:5

Let us learn to bring every thought of ours under captivity to the obedience of CHRIST and we will walk over the enemy in this area too.

D. The other important character of the Devil is that He is a Murderer.
He kills and destroys.

He can carry out this mission in the form of diseases, or in the form of witchcraft or in the form of hatred or any other.

We thank God for the blood of Christ that has been shed as an atonement.

This blood of Christ protects us from such viles of the enemy.

For the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the LORD will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you.
Exodus:12:23

There is a secret and a quiet place where we can hide into.
That is the shadow of the almighty even his sanctuary.

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
Psalm:91:1

He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
Psalm:91:4

This is the place the eyes of the enemy can never find us.

Seeing it is hid from the eyes of all living, and kept close from the fowls of the air.
Job:28:21

Destruction and death say, We have heard the fame thereof with our ears.
Job:28:22

God understandeth the way thereof, and he knoweth the place thereof.
Job:28:23

The Lord himself shall keep us from all evil. He will deliver our souls... He himself will keep us safe from the snares of the enemy.

The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
Psalm:121:7

Let the Lord's prayer be ours today.... that we will be safe each day...

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
Matthew:6:13

May God bless you!

The Truth will set you free.. Meditation John 8:31-40

1. Jesus said to those who believed in him that if we continue believing in the word of the God then we are his disciples. (V31)
2. Christ said when we know the truth the truth will make us free. (V32)
3. For this the Jews said they were the seed of Abraham and they were not under bondage to any man. They asked him why they are telling them to become free. (V33)
4. Jesus said to them that whoever commits a sin they are servants of sin. (V34)
5. The servant cannot stay in the house forever but the son can. (V35)
6. Hence if the son shall make us free we are indeed free. (V36)
7. Jesus told the Jews that though they were of Abraham's seed, still they  seek to kill Christ because his word has no place in them. (V37)
8. Jesus said he does things of his father but they are doing things of their father. (V38)
9. For this they said Abraham was their father. For this Christ said they will do the works of Abraham if they were his children. ( v39)
10. Christ told them then why do they seek to kill him who speak to them the words of God when Abraham never did so. (V40)

 LIFE APPLICATION 1:
FREEDOM IN CHRIST:
Today's meditation help us to realise how we are bound and how we are set free through the truth. (V34)

SIN and it's consequences:

Dear Child of God! Sin is a dangerous disease than cancer. It can make us its servant. It can get us bound... and make us to end up in eternal damnation. Do not play with sin. Sin has a potential to get you into a deep bondage.
SIN brings curse and curse brings death.

A. Sin does not give us rest. Our bones become  restless because of sin.

There is no soundness in my flesh because of thine anger; neither is there any rest in my bones because of my sin.
Psalm:38:3

B. If we sin against God we shall die.

Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumbling-block before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand.
Ezekiel:3:20

C. We are destroying our own soul when we sin.

But whoso committeth adultery with a woman lacketh understanding: he that doeth it destroyeth his own soul.
Proverbs:6:32

Whoso is partner with a thief hateth his own soul: he heareth cursing, and bewrayeth it not.
Proverbs:29:24

D. Sin is alluring; but at last it bites like a serpent.

Look not thou upon the wine when it is red, when it giveth his colour in the cup, when it moveth itself aright.
Proverbs:23:31

At the last it biteth like a serpent, and stingeth like an adder.
Proverbs:23:32

E. One sin can lead to many sins and end us up in a mess.

Thine eyes shall behold strange women, and thine heart shall utter perverse things.
Proverbs:23:33

Yea, thou shalt be as he that lieth down in the midst of the sea, or as he that lieth upon the top of a mast.
Proverbs:23:34

F. Sin is addictive. It will make you want it more till you are destroyed completely.

They have stricken me, shalt thou say, and I was not sick; they have beaten me, and I felt it not: when shall I awake? I will seek it yet again.
Proverbs:23:35

G. Sin operates in darkness:

Stolen waters are sweet, and bread eaten in secret is pleasant.
Proverbs:9:17

But he knoweth not that the dead are there; and that her guests are in the depths of hell.
Proverbs:9:18

The WORD of GOD says the man who sins is a slave to sin. The wages of sin is death. But Christ came to give us life and life in abundance.

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans:6:23

The redemption work of Christ:

Dear Child of God! How much ever your life is a mess. Christ came to set the captives free.

He came down to heaven only to heal your broken heart and heal your aching wounds. He is concerned of you to build you up again.

The spirit of God filled Christ without measure that we that are captives and are bound are set free.

The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
Isaiah:61:1

Christ has manifested that he can take away all our sins.
And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
1 John:3:5

This is what CHRIST said whom the son sets free they are free indeed. If we know the truth the truth will set us free.

If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
John:8:36

LIFE APPLICATION: 2
BECOMING DISCIPLES of GOD:

Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
John:8:31

Here below are some marks and traits of true disciples of God.

A. If we continue in the word of God we are the disciples of God.

If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
John:8:31

B. We are disciples of CHRIST when we love one another.

By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
John:13:35

C. We become disciples of CHRIST when we give more fruits for his glory.

Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.
John:15:8

D. How CHRIST is so will be his disciples.

It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household?
Matthew:10:25

E. Disciples carry their cross to follow Christ.

And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.
Luke:14:27

Shortly, disciple is a person who sits at the feet of his master each day to learn from him and to follow him wherever he goes.

So once we are out of our sins through the power of the cross, God invites us to walk in the freedom as being disciples of Christ, taking his nature on us.

So this is how the series goes.

1. Allow the spirit of God to convict you of your sins.

2. Repent and ask the blood of Christ to cleanse you.

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
1 John:1:7

3. Believe and be immersion baptised as a symbol of your repentance and regeneration.

And he came into all the country about Jordan, preaching the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins;
Luke:3:3

4. Be a part of a spirit filled church which will nourish and help you sustain this new freedom you have found in Christ.

5. Continue in his word as CHRIST said being his disciple with a renewed mind.

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Romans:12:2

May the good Lord lead you through these stages as you work up the salvation of your souls.
Amen.

Never Alone..... Meditation John 8:21-30

1. Jesus said to them that he is going his way and that they shall look for him but will not find him, but will die in their sins. He also said that where he goes nobody can come. (V21)
2. The Jews said if Jesus will kill himself as he told them where he is going no one can come. ( V22)
3. Jesus said unto them that he is from above. But they are from the world. He told them that he is not of the world. (V23)
4. Christ said that they will die in their sins. If they believe not that jesus is the christ that will die in their sins.  (V24)
5. Then asked him who he was and Christ said he was the same whom he said unto them from the beginning. (V25)
6. Jesus said he has many things against them to judge, but his father is true, and he speaks of those things he heard from him. (V26)
7. They did not understand that he was talking to them about his father. (V27)
8. Then Christ said that once he had been lifted up then they shall understand who he is and he did not do anything by himself but what his father taught him to speak. (V28)
9. Jesus said that his father is always with him and he had not left him alone, for he does all things to please him. (V29)
10. Many people believed in him when he spoke this words. (V30)

 LIFE APPLICATION :

And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.
John:8:29

Many of us go through periodic times of loneliness. We feel lost and lonely. We put our trust in man and end up in more trouble.

Loneliness kills. We don't find a companion who cares for us. We cannot identify ourselves with any others. No one is there to understand our deep inside feelings.

Most of all.... We feel we are ALL ALONE.

Worst is when we are to do a whole lot of things ..... Alone.

When burdens press our shoulders and we don't have anyone to lift those burdens up.

Dear Child of God,
The WORD of GOD is coming to you. Let us see how to handle loneliness God's way.

Some biblical examples :
Let us see some of the experiences and feeling of loneliness of great men of God in the Bible.

David and loneliness:

Let us read a few scriptures that portray loneliness in the life of David.

A. I am like a pelican of the wilderness: I am like an owl of the desert.
Psalm:102:6

I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top.
Psalm:102:7

He portrays himself as a pelican in the wilderness, as an owl in the desert, a sparrow sitting alone on the house top, and worst of all as a dead man forgotten by everyone and as a broken useless vessel.

I am forgotten as a dead man out of mind: I am like a broken vessel.
Psalm:31:12

B. The experience of Elijah the prophet:

And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.
1 Kings:19:10

Elijah felt so lonely that he was the only one left in the multitude of the prophets.

C. There were many others who went through the dark paths of loneliness.

A. Joseph was put in the pit.

And they took him, and cast him into a pit: and the pit was empty, there was no water in it.
Genesis:37:24

B. Jeremiah was put in a dungeon.

Then took they Jeremiah, and cast him into the dungeon of Malchiah the son of Hammelech, that was in the court of the prison: and they let down Jeremiah with cords. And in the dungeon there was no water, but mire: so Jeremiah sunk in the mire.
Jeremiah:38:6

C. Job cried out but no one heard him.

Behold, I cry out of wrong, but I am not heard: I cry aloud, but there is no judgment.
Job:19:7

D. What more..... Jesus himself was left alone to die on the cross.

And one ran and filled a spunge full of vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink, saying, Let alone; let us see whether Elias will come to take him down.
Mark:15:36

Dear Child of God,
Loneliness is piercingly painful. Let us see now from the scriptures some promises of what God tells us .... to speak when we feel lonely.
The WORD of GOD says,

1. REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE NOT FORGOTTEN BY GOD:

We are not forgotten by God. The whole world can forget us. We may be left alone. We may say that even GOD himself has forgotten us.

But we have an heavenly father who can never forget us as we are carved in the very palm of his hands.

But Zion said, The LORD hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me.
Isaiah:49:14

Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.
Isaiah:49:15

Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.
Isaiah:49:16

He has formed and made us and we are not forgotten by him.

Isaiah:54:4

4. HE SHALL GIVE US REST AND WE SHALL NOT BE AFRAID ANYMORE

Know ye the father... meditation john 8:13-20

 1. The Pharisees said that the record of CHRIST is not true as he is bearing record of himself. (V13)
2. Jesus replied unto them that his record is true though he bears it of himself as he knew where he came from and where he goes though others can never say where he comes from and where he goes. (V14)
3. He told them that they judge according to flesh and that he judges no man. (V15)
4. He said even if he judge his judgement is true because he is not alone but he and the father who sent him. (V16)
5. It is written in the law that the testimony of two  men are true. ( V17)
6. Jesus said he and his father bears witness about him. (V18)
7. They asked him about his father for which Christ said they neither know him nor his father. For if they know him they will know the father too. (V19)
8. Jesus spoke about these words boldly but no man laid their hands on him as his time was not come yet. (V20)

 LIFE APPLICATION:

Today I was lead in my spirit to share some thing  from the scriptures on  who our heavenly father is.

Jesus said,
Then said they unto him, Where is thy Father? Jesus answered, Ye neither know me, nor my Father: if ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also.
John:8:19

Most of don't have a good earthly father to compare and comprehend on how our heavenly father look and feel like.

This makes us have a hazy picture of how the heavenly father is.

John writes,

I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning.

I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one.

I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father.
1 John:2:13

There are stages of spiritual maturity as revealed by John...
1. A child knowing the warmth of a father.
2. Young men who abide in the word and overcome the enemy.
3. Fathers who have known the one that is from the beginning.

Today God put in my heart to share the attributes of our heavenly father.

1. God is a father to the fatherless:

A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.
Psalm:68:5

2. He pitieth for us as we fear him.

Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.
Psalm:103:13

3. God as a father delights in us.

For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.
Proverbs:3:12

4. He is our father who bought us, made us and established us when we were lost in the wilderness.

Do ye thus requite the LORD, O foolish people and unwise? is not he thy father that hath bought thee? hath he not made thee, and established thee?
Deuteronomy:32:6

5. This father God instructs us and keep us as the Apple of his eye.

He found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye.
Deuteronomy:32:10

6. As the eagle stirred its nest to lead it's young to fly so does the Lord does for us that we will ride on high places.

As an eagle stirreth up her nest, fluttereth over her young, spreadeth abroad her wings, taketh them, beareth them on her wings:
Deuteronomy:32:11

So the LORD alone did lead him, and there was no strange god with him.
Deuteronomy:32:12

He made him ride on the high places of the earth, that he might eat the increase of the fields; and he made him to suck honey out of the rock, and oil out of the flinty rock;
Deuteronomy:32:13

7. God himself says that he is a father to us.... whenever we go to him weeping and crying he hears us. He leads us by the way of rivers and we shall not stumble.

They shall come with weeping, and with supplications will I lead them: I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters in a straight way, wherein they shall not stumble: for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my firstborn.
Jeremiah:31:9

8. Father God loves us.

For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.
John:16:27

9. He is a merciful father.

Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
Luke:6:36

10. Your Father in heaven is concerned of your needs.

For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things.
Luke:12:30

11. Father God loves us so much that we are called the sons of God.

Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
1 John:3:1

12. God did not love us passively... He loves us passionately to give his only son Jesus Christ to die for us at the cross.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John:3:16

For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
John:3:17

13. Father God has given all authority to his son Jesus CHRIST that we can reach the Father God through him.

The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.
John:3:35

14. He is a giver of good gifts.

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
James:1:17

15. He is a faithful God. He keeps his promises to generations.

Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;
Deuteronomy:7:9

These verses are taken from the Holy Bible.  The WORD of GOD cannot lie. Dear Child of God, know the truth and the truth will set you free.

Do you feel,
1. You are not loved by God?
2. Does circumstances make you feel God does not care for You?
3. Do you think God is sitting on his throne somewhere and not concerned about You?
4. Do you think God is distant from You?
5. Do you feel your heavenly father is unjust to You?
6. Do you feel his love is conditional and you need to be more righteous to gain his love?

These are a few lies that are aimed at our hearts by the devil, arising straight from hell.

Dear Child of God.... one more secret I can tell you with great confidence. You can never be cast away from this father, when you go to him in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

Christ himself was forsaken by the father that we might not be forsaken. Christ himself had paid the price of being forsaken of the father, that we have access to the throne of grace.

And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?
Matthew:27:46

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
Hebrews:4:16

Fight it with these scriptures.... You are a CHOSEN GENERATION... whom God himself has chosen to be a FATHER....Enjoy the warmth of the father in GOD.....  dear Child and be filled with peace everlasting.
MAY GOD REVEAL HIMSELF to you more. God bless you all.

You are free.... sin no more. Meditation John 8:1-11

 1. Jesus went to the mount of Olives. (V1)
2. Early in the morning he went to the temple and all the People came to him and he sat down and taught to them. (V2)
3. The scribes and the Pharisees brought to him a woman caught in the very act of adultery and set her in the midst. ( v3,4)
4. They said to him according to the law of Moses such a person has to be stoned. They asked him what he will do. (V4,5)
5. They said this to tempt  him that they may accuse him. But Jesus stooped down and was writing something on the ground as if he did not hear them. (V6)
6. When they continued asking him he lifted his head up and said if there is anyone without sin there among them to cast the stone first at her.  (V7)
7. He stooped down and wrote on the ground again. (V8).
8. When they heard what CHRIST said, they were convicted one by one by their own conscience And the eldest to the last left one by one, leaving Jesus alone with the woman standing in the midst. (V9)
9. Jesus lifted up and saw none asked the woman, where are those that  accused her and if no man had condemned her. (V10)
10. She said that No man condemned her. Jesus told her to go  and not to sin anymore. ( V11)
11. Then Jesus said he is the light of the world and whoever follows him shall not walk in darkness but shall have the light of life. (V12)

LIFE APPLICATION: 1:

1. THE MOUNT OF OLIVES:

There are a whole lot of spiritual revelations hidden in this mount of Olives.
The mount of Olives is the place in ancient history where they crushed and bruised the olives to separate the oil.

Jesus went to this mount of Olives that he may be crushed and bruised and the oil of the Holy Spirit of God will be flown out from him.

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
Isaiah:53:5

Dear Child of God, Today's meditation beautifully portrays that CHRIST was wounded for  each of our transgressions and bruised for our inequities.

And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.
Matthew:26:30

It was on this mount Christ won his spiritual battle before he carried the cross, submitting to the will of God.

Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.
Luke:22:42

His soul was crushed and sorrow of death compassed him as he cried out to the father if this cup can be passed away from him.

And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.
Luke:22:44

The sorrows of death compassed me, and the pains of hell gat hold upon me: I found trouble and sorrow.
Psalm:116:3

Christ was bruised at this mount of Olives till he sweat blood. The covenant of the new testament that has been shed for the redemption of many.

After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.
1 Corinthians:11:25

And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
Hebrews:9:15

By his blood we have forgiveness of sins.

In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
Colossians:1:14

We have redemption through this blood. It is by the death of CHRIST his shed blood, through the sanctification of the Holy Spirit that we have redemption from sin.

Dear Child of God:
Are you still under the influence of sin? The blood of Christ washes us from all sins.

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
1 John:1:7

Does your past shed a dark shadow at your present and future?

The blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth can sanctify you from every dead works of your past.

How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
Hebrews:9:14

Yes, God will purge your conscience by his blood that your past has no influence on you anymore.

Are you in deep ADDICTIONS? Are in the hard grip of the enemy.. The blood of Christ is the medicine to set you free. Speak the blood and apply on every areas of life. You will be set free.

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Revelation:12:11

LIFE APPLICATION 2

 YOU ARE NOT CONDEMNED:

Dear Child of the most high God.

There is no condemnation once you are made righteous by the blood of CHRIST and walking not by the flesh but by the spirit.

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Romans:8:1

Even the law of Moses cannot condemn us and we are free.
And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.
Romans:5:16

We are free from every judgement and accusations that the enemy can throw at us.

And one more truth, I would like your eyes to be opened to.

Satan was standing at the right hand accusing Joshua the priest, who was clothed in filthy clothes. But God saw no iniquity in him.

And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him.
Zechariah:3:1

And the LORD said unto Satan, The LORD rebuke thee, O Satan; even the LORD that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?
Zechariah:3:2

Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel.
Zechariah:3:3

And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment.
Zechariah:3:4

God never condemns.... God never accuses.... neither he lifts up to pass judgement on his beloved bought by the blood of Christ.... so find rest in him beloved.... you are bought with a price.

 LIFE APPLICATION 3:

One more deeper REVEALATION in this meditation...
1. What was Christ writing on the ground?
2. Why did everyone who came to stone the woman left from the eldest to the last?

It is CHRIST who sits on the judgement seat and has the authority to pass judgement.

For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
2 Corinthians:5:10

The WORD of GOD says,
Those that forsake the living waters of CHRIST their names will be written on the earth and they shall be ashamed.

O LORD, the hope of Israel, all that forsake thee shall be ashamed, and they that depart from me shall be written in the earth, because they have forsaken the LORD, the fountain of living waters.
Jeremiah:17:13

Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house.
Ezekiel:9:6

The judgement of God begins in his sanctuary and begins with The eldest.

Jesus passed on the judgement at the men who came to stone the woman. He wrote their names from eldest to the last on the earth as per the scripture above.  That is why their conscience judged them wrong and they all left.

Dearly beloved, Christ is light. So if we are still In the dark, Let us  come to the light of Christ and live. Amen..
